# Units Options

You can change the units options at any time from the Application Menu > Options > Units tab. Any configuration change of units will be immediate when closing the Units Options dialog. There is no need to restart the application.

# Units Options Dialog

Item Name Description
Distance Units for the length, width of material formats, parts and overall dimensions. The decimals affect how many significant digits will be displayed.
Thickness Units for the material thickness. The decimals affect how many significant digits will be displayed.
Area Units for the area of parts, material formats and nests. The decimals affect how many significant digits will be displayed.
Volume Units for the volume of parts and material formats. The decimals affect how many significant digits will be displayed.
Density Units for the density of materials. Used to calculate the weight of parts and material formats. The decimals affect how many significant digits will be displayed.
Mass Units for the weight of parts and material formats. The decimals affect how many significant digits will be displayed.
Angle Units for angular values of part constraints and part rotation. The decimals affect how many significant digits will be displayed.
Load Preset List of available units configuration presets.
OK Confirm the changes and close the dialog.
Cancel Cancel the changes and close the dialog.
