On the welcome page, click Next.

Offline activation is a two-step process. The first step is to generate an offline license request file on the target computer.

To move your NIO license to another computer, you first need to deactivate it.

You can deactivate your license from the About dialog. To access it, click the About action on the top right of the ribbon.
