# Backup your Data

Your NIO data and settings are saved in a single SQLite database file. The location of the file is: %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Paramethod\NIO\Paramethod.NIO.db3

There are several ways to backup your NIO data:

1. Manually copy the database file to another folder.
2. Use Windows Backup to set up an automatic backup of the %UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Paramethod\NIO\ folder.
3. Use your preferred backup solution to save the database file.
